Exercise #1

My concept has not changed a lot, because I haven’t tested the score system and game process. The only thing I am considering is what input is expected from users. Previously, I thought about throwing balls into different cells to take place of them. Recently, I have had some new ideas about it. Maybe I will look for more related resource to get some inspirations.

Exercise #2

Scenario: You are playing with your friend. You want to have some physical movement while playing a board game. Also, you are a basketball lover. Then, you try to find a board game which provides you a similar operation like throwing basketball. You start to play Throwing Together with your friend. You can practice your accuracy of throwing ball by this game.

Design process:

I have learned about Unity during last few weeks. However, it’s still a little bit difficult for me to use. My test plan for interactive prototype 1 is doing game logic test, which means I should implement a digital version of my game using Unity. I am trying to finish it before next Monday, so I can ask for help during Monday’s practical.

Next week, I will prepare for the Interactive Prototype test session. I think it’s really important to do a high-quality testing for my concept. It will help me improve it for the next prototypes, because the game itself is the core thing of whole project. How interesting it is decides how much value it has and it’s the first thing I would consider at current stage.
